Andy Williams, Partner - Business Development
Andy is responsible for business and corporate development at Enablus. This role requires him to spend most of his time building new business relationships with clients, prospects and partners.
Prior to Enablus, Andy led a national consulting and application development division for a multi-billion dollar IT services organization.
In addition to these roles he has held executive level positions at American Express, Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Cadmus Communications as well as started 3 companies.
Robb Thomas, Partner - Operations
Robb is responsible for our Operations, Finance and Human Resources areas, Robb ensures that we are able to identify the right resources for the right client at the right time and ensures the basics of back-office management are in effect.
Prior to Enablus, Robb led the finance and administrative function for a national consulting practice and was involved with the sale of that division.
In addition to these roles Robb has held positions with Oracle’s consulting division and Andersen Consulting.
Darrell Ross, Partner - Delivery
Darrell drives the strategy and execution of Enablus services across all client engagements. It is a role that requires him to wear multiple hats of marketing, technology, and product management.
Prior to Enablus, Darrell led the technical development of an ASP solution to facilitate online travel booking and expense management which is currently in use by several U.S. Federal agencies, such as the Department of Interior and the Department of State/USAID.
Darrell also served as a Senior Manager for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, advising clients on CRM strategy, enterprise architecture and systems integration. Other prior roles include VP, Strategic Initiatives for MarketTouch, Consulting Manager for Digitas, and Director of Quality for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. He holds a BBA in Decision Sciences from Georgia State University.
